Visit "Stop the Ban Now" website for the latest CPSIA news, current updates, links to resources and several options for contacting Congress to urge support for these two bills that would exempt the powersports industry from the lead ban. Please pass on this information to your friends, colleagues, employees, customers and other interested parties.

CPSC Final Ruling (8-7-09)

The battle isn't over yet, but we can sell Honda youth models--including the CRF50 (with restrictions) and Suzuki's RM65.  Some parts are also available, but call or stop in for more details.  This situation will not stay--the CPSC will not issue an exemption yet, so these sales are for only as long as the stay will be in effect--and they can pull it any time.

Continue contacting the legistalors and make sure you stop in while you still can!

Because we are not experts in this matter, a few links from major magazines are listed below to help you understand what is happening.  What we do know is that as of February 10th we are not allowed to sell 50s, 70s, 80s, or even 85cc dirt bikes (new or used). What's more, is that we cannot sell most of the parts associated with these bikes, even for the larger (non-banned) machines that sometimes share the same parts.
